      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain the grants unit for the employer
      - Solicit and review ideas for grant proposals
      - Assist in the planning, coordination, development, and submission of grant proposals
      - Ensure compliance with approved project plans, budgets, and contractual terms
      - Identify granting agencies with compatible interests and keep informed of grant opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in grants administration, fundraising, or finance in a non-profit or cultural setting
      - Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
      - Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
      - Knowledge of library, archives, museum, and research community trends
      - Ability to interpret financial reports and budgets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of federal grant administrative guidelines
      - Grant program coordination experience
      - Working knowledge of library, archive, and museum fields
