- Design and produce finished visual assets across event and marketing deliverables, including social advertising, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, multimedia content, landing pages, and integrated event campaigns.
- Own layout execution, file accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency across all outputs.
- Support the production lifecycle of creative assets by organizing files, preparing final deliverables, managing versioning, and ensuring assets are production-ready.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., printers, fabricators, shippers, freelancers) to support timely and accurate delivery across events and campaigns.
- Partner closely with senior designers and creative leadership to interpret creative direction, translate feedback, and iterate on designs throughout the creative process.
- Contribute to refining concepts and improving executions across formats while working within established brand systems.
- Design, update, and maintain assets across digital platforms including WordPress and Cvent, supporting event websites, registration pages, and content updates.
- Design and format HTML emails in collaboration with the creative director and marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns.
- 2-4+ years direct experience designing high-quality creative concepts and is comfortable working in PowerPoint, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, InDesign.
- A portfolio of your own work that can be shared during the job interview process.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation, and a strong eye for visual composition.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Demonstrable experience with HTML and WordPress
- Experience designing email marketing campaigns within templatized platforms such as Cvent, Pardot, Mailchimp, Stripo or other email automation tools.
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task and turn projects around quickly.
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.
- Initiative and creativity, with a “get things done” attitude, “Work Athlete” mindset – someone who is resourceful, coachable, innovative, focused, and can adapt.
- Comfort in a dynamic environment, dealing calmly and effectively with situations under deadlines.
Landmark Ventures is seeking a motivated and highly organized Graphic Designer to support the creation and execution of visual assets across our Events Practice. In this role, you will play an important part in bringing creative ideas to life – helping prepare, organize, and produce polished graphics that support our events, marketing initiatives, and overall brand presence.
You will work closely with senior designers and creative leadership, gaining exposure to large-scale event design while contributing meaningfully to projects from concept through delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who is eager to grow, build confidence within established brand systems, and develop strong production instincts while supporting high-visibility work.
