      Position: Graphic Designer

      Location: Remote in MA

      Hours: Full Time

      Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000/yr

      Pay Frequency: Weekly – Direct Deposit

      Position Summary

      We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Dining Services team by developing engaging visual content that enhances the guest experience and strengthens brand identity. This role plays a key part in bringing food, dining concepts, and hospitality experiences to life through thoughtful, on-brand design across digital and print platforms.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Design and produce visual assets for Dining Services, including menus, signage, promotional materials, digital displays, social media graphics, presentations, training manuals and internal communications

      • Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to translate concepts into compelling visual storytelling

      • Ensure all designs align with brand standards while supporting individual dining concepts and locations

      • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

      • Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality

      • Contribute creative ideas to campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new dining initiatives

      • Maintain and organize design files and templates for ongoing use

      Qualifications

      • Preference for candidates with a Graphic Design degree from an accredited design school

      • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (experience in hospitality, food service, or lifestyle brands a plus)

      • Strong proficiency in (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

      • Open to learning and leveraging Canva

      • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy

      • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency and business objectives

      • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

      • Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills across print and digital media

      Preferred Skills

      • Experience using creative cloud a must, open to learning canva

      • Familiarity with digital signage, social media, or basic motion graphics

      • Understanding of production processes for print and large-format signage
