Job Description

- Works with marketing team to produce production ready assets in a deadline-driven environment.
- Responsible for creating and revising all property related collateral, forms, signage, ads, invitations and/or specialty pieces as assigned.
- Assures that all design needs are met and images are consistent.
- Follows approved Brand Guidelines, standards and formats.
- Stays current in design trends and advertising styles.
- Keeps current and organized files of all digital assets & specs.
- Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.
- Inputs and manages jobs status in Workzone or comparable project management software.
- Assists with social media formats—including photography and video.
- Interacts with vendors to submit jobs and process invoices timely.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking, organization, time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
- High level of knowledge of Adobe Suite/Creative Cloud
- High level of knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications required
- High level of knowledge of production requirements for a variety of media
- High level of knowledge of 4-color process and RGB print production
- High level of knowledge of specification writing, paper stocks and finishing techniques
- Excellent design, typography and conceptual skills
- Ability to generate high-quality comps for presentation or review
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
- Intermediate proof reading ability
- Degree in art or graphic design and/or 1-2 years design experience in InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop on Mac in an advertising agency or graphic arts environment
- Minimum age requirement is 21

OverviewIt is the responsibility of the Graphic Designer to design and make revisions to all printed and digital collateral (including brochures, ads, billboards, property signage, posters, duratrans, flyers, forms etc.), invitations and direct mail. To write specifications and work with vendors to make sure all pieces are printed correctly and on time. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
