What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct policy reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Update and maintain governance frameworks to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Support the adoption and implementation of OSCAL for security control assessment
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to GRC activities
- Assist with risk assessments and compliance audits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in a GRC-related role
- CGRC, CISSP, or Security+ certification required
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and FedRAMP
- Strong understanding of GRC principles and practices
