      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct regular access reviews on critical systems to ensure appropriate access
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including PCI, SOX, and HIPAA
      - Identify gaps through assessments and develop action plans for risk mitigation
      - Manage the enterprise security awareness program and maintain compliance across the organization
      - Collaborate with management to address control weaknesses and improve technology and business practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
      - 3-5 years of experience in security governance, risk, and compliance, or a related field preferred
      - Strong knowledge of operating systems, applications, networking, and logical security
      - In-depth understanding of internal control concepts, risk analysis, and compliance frameworks (COSO, COBIT)
      - Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with automation to enhance compliance processes
      - Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, PCI Compliance, and HIPAA Privacy regulations
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Proven track record of effective communication and collaboration within teams
