What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage IT SOX controls, including design, documentation, testing, and remediation
- Partner with internal audit and external auditors for control testing and evidence collection
- Identify gaps in controls and drive remediation plans to completion
- Develop and maintain risk and control matrices (RCMs) and process documentation
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate controls into daily operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, IT audit, or cybersecurity compliance with a focus on SOX
- Strong understanding of ITGCs, application controls, and relevant frameworks (COBIT, NIST, COSO)
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)
- Good judgment and ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Familiarity with tools like Sailpoint, Archer, or ServiceNow GRC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CISA, CISSP, or similar certifications
- Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills
