What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Greenhouse ATS to meet recruitment needs
- Manage integrations between Greenhouse and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Lead end-to-end Greenhouse ATS implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Greenhouse-related inquiries and provide expert guidance
- Design and generate custom reports and dashboards to track key recruitment metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
- At least 2 full-cycle Greenhouse implementations, including requirements gathering and post-launch support
- Deep knowledge of Greenhouse integrations with HRIS, payroll, and other systems
- Proven experience in complex system configurations, including custom workflows and job board integrations
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Greenhouse certification or equivalent training
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
