What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze G&A data to identify trends and root causes of operational issues and communicate findings to management
- Develop and produce visualizations of data reports to support analysis and reporting
- Maintain department procedures, workflows, and training materials while identifying barriers to processes
- Lead team preparation for audits and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
- Provide ongoing training and assistance to internal staff on grievance and appeals processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in managed care and/or grievance and appeals within a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal health plan guidelines and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medicare/Medicaid experience preferred
- Subject-matter expertise in training and facilitation skills in group and one-on-one settings
