What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive customer Gross to Net (GTN) close and forecast processes
- Prepare monthly revenue-related journal entries and ledger account reconciliations using Excel and automated GTN software
- Analyze and summarize gross to net variances for customers, alerting them to potential business impacts
- Support the growth of the GTN Managed Services department and assist with onboarding new analysts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet shared service arrangement goals and manage customer expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Understanding of GAAP principles related to revenue recognition and gross-to-net accounting practices
- Minimum of 1-3 years of Life Sciences industry experience
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Minimum educational requirement: B.A. / B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar; CPA or MBA preferred
- Ability to adhere to processes and controls to satisfy routine internal/external audits

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Recommended 1-2 years of accounting experience working on the customer side or at a consultancy
- Knowledge of the pharma supply chain and contracting as it relates to GTN models
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion is a plus
