Provides Executive Council Members, certain high level visitors, executive candidates, Advisory and Board members ground transportation as required.
Maintains records/reports on vehicle usage, mileage, rotation intervals, maintenance, and customer usage levels.
Operates Association vehicles in accordance with all applicable city, state and federal laws, and/or ordinances as well as such rules as the Association may prescribe.
Coordinates, schedules, and/or performs minor maintenance on fleet vehicles.
Provides transport services for Vanpool Emergency Ride Home Program as well as YouDriveIt (UDI) support.
Protects Association property and any passenger from bodily injury and/or liability during the performance of assigned duties.
Tasks drivers to perform dispatcher, shuttle, Vanpool back up, and data collection duties in support of the Transportation Services mission.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Trains ground transportation drivers on USAA policies and procedures.
High School Diploma/GED or applicable Trade School/Technical Diploma.
4 or more years' experience in Driver Services to include at least 3 years of chauffer or other commercial driving experience.
Possession of a Commercial Driver's License Class B (Passenger Endorsement).
Must meet all USAA safety driving requirements (driving record will be verified through MVR).
Ability to lift 45 lbs. and push a cart that weighs 200 lbs.
Must be bondable and familiar with the city roadways.

As a dedicated Ground Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for the coordination of the driver services function to ensure effective use of available assets to meet USAA ground transportation needs. Performs chauffer duties for Executive Council Members, Board of Directors, Advisory Panel Representatives and visiting executive candidates when/as required.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position is based in San Antonio, TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position is: $61,110 - $116,800. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
