What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify, enter, and correct group, member, and agent information in relevant applications
- Compose, prepare, and modify group and agent documents
- Enter manual eligibility records and process updates to file information
- Research and determine actions for inaccurate data related to claims processing
- Maintain departmental records and filing systems, both electronic and hardcopy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of work experience in an office environment
- Successful completion of a data entry test with 7,000 keystrokes per hour at 95% accuracy within the past 12 months
- Successful completion of a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 correct words per minute and 90% accuracy within the past 12 months
- Knowledge of personal computing and software applications, demonstrated through experience or coursework
