What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify, enter, and correct group, member, and agent information into relevant applications
- Compose, prepare, and modify group and agent documents as needed
- Enter manual eligibility records into the system to ensure accurate file information
- Retrieve and reconcile information from files that have been rejected by the system
- Maintain departmental records, filing systems, and records retention systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of work experience in an office environment
- Successful completion of a data entry test with a speed of 5,500 keystrokes per hour and 95% accuracy within the past 12 months
- Successful completion of a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 correct words per minute and 90% accuracy within the past 12 months
- Knowledge of personal computing and software applications through experience or coursework
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with optical scanning or data entry processes
- Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners
- Previous experience in a role that requires attention to detail and accuracy
