What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and develop quality leads to ensure total hotel revenue growth
- Negotiate with clients to achieve maximum revenue and fulfillment of contractual responsibilities
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals through various sales strategies
- Conduct site inspections and client presentations while maintaining high standards of service
- Collaborate closely with Event Managers on operations and event execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree required
- Minimum of 2+ years of wedding or catering sales experience
- At least 2+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience in Rooms or Food and Beverage Division
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and operational systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a resort setting is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Excellent writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines
- Experience in creating innovative menus and event setups
