      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Target and coordinate hotel sales for groups, weddings, and catering efforts
      - Generate new business leads and maintain existing client relationships to meet revenue goals
      - Negotiate with clients through creative presentations and event proposals
      - Conduct site inspections and manage sales presentations effectively
      - Collaborate with the Event Manager on event execution and operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree
      - Minimum of 2+ years of wedding or catering sales experience
      - 2+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience, preferably in a resort setting
      - Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
      - Proficiency in using computerized operational systems (PowerPoint, Delphi, Excel, Word, Outlook)

      - Experience in negotiating and closing sales with a strong understanding of market trends
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
