      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Create and send travel agent contracts and review hotel contracts for accuracy
      - Ensure proper documentation of new groups for tracking and reporting
      - Manage the payable process to meet agent and hotel deadlines
      - Participate in cross-training to support various team areas as needed
      - Attend training sessions to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on processes

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - Degree from a 2-year college or university is preferred
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
      - Strong customer service knowledge and ability to assess customer needs
      - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships
      - Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Background in travel or tourism
      - Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign
      - Ability to work effectively in both backstage and front stage environments
      - Strong written and phone communication skills
      - Demonstrated commitment to process improvements and cost-saving measures
