      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Market and sell the employer's Group Benefits portfolio products to designated brokers
      - Maintain and grow broker relationships to enhance sales and client retention
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends
      - Identify and implement process improvements to boost product sales
      - Achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain through continuing education

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
      - Minimum of two years of group insurance sales experience or relevant work experience
      - Knowledge of industry products and processes including Worksite, LTD, and Dental products
      - Strong collaborative skills to build rapport in various settings
      - Ability to exercise sound judgment and accountability in a dynamic environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in online enrollment and dental network analysis processes
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales production expectations
      - Experience with complex absence products
