      About the Role...

      CHANEL is looking for a strategic and experienced multi-door leader to join our Retail Operations Team in Miami. You will play a leading role in overseeing and implementing all Operational Practices and Policies, as well as onboarding and supporting the growth of existing talent within the Southeast Region. This role will be vital in creatively identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent, managing projects that directly impact the employee and client experience and support in driving operational efficiencies. This role interfaces with Boutique leadership and Senior leaders and is a key partner for the Head of Retail Operations as well as our Head of Retail Northeast and their teams. Our ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of experience and a passion for retail operations, people, project and change management.

      Position Logistics:

      • Ability to connect and positively engage with various cultures and diverse backgrounds
      • College degree preferred
      • Miami / Florida Based
      • 50% travel
      • Ability to respond on non-working hours and be on call for emergencies/ retail support
      • Spanish/Portuguese speaking a plus

      Compensation

      • Base salary, bonus potential and other forms of variable pay [may/will be] offered for this position
