Group Event - Travel Coordinator (RHRP-3)

Job Description

- Coordinate and create itineraries for travelers including all reservation and confirmation information
- Ensure travel bookings are complete/accurate/timely and company travel policies are met
- Ensure all necessary documentation of travel arrangements are maintained
- Reconcile travel charges for appropriate department
- Assist in reviewing corporate card charges to ensure company travel policies are adhered to
- Review credit card activities and aging status periodically
- Communicate with employees/managers as deemed necessary
- Assist travelers with travel reservations within the company’s travel booking tool
- Assist travelers with the completion of accurate, timely and complete expense reports in accordance to
company policy - Coordinate with corporate card company and employees in the application process and credit card
account management - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- HS Diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu
- 1 to 3 years administrative experience
- 1 to 3 years Travel Coordinator Experience
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background
investigation - Previous scheduling Travel Coordinator experience using travel Software platforms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Government expense reporting preferred - (NDTA) Non DTS - Defense Travel System - Entry Agent
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible Schedule Mon – Fri: Hours 9:30am-6pm M-F with weekend duty, this will be compensated throughout the work week.
- This is a Hybrid / remote Opportunity, Local to the San Antonio, TX Location: Northwest Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78229

Weekend duties on occasion - for big weekend events; to meet company requirements (not a travel role)
- No travel is required, but if needed expenses will be covered by QTC.
- Pay: $20 - $22 per hour

As a Travel Coordinator you will meet the needs for company employees; schedules hotels, flight and car rentals and prepare
