Location: Cumberland,RIGroup Home Team Leader (Full Time)
Pay rate: $27-$30/hour
Community Care Alliance is located in the Northern, RI. We are looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in someone else's life. Join our residential managers in serving our clients with serious mental illness to coordinate program activities, provide supervision to program staff, and develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure compliance and licensing standards are being met. This person will serve as an advocate for clients rights, providing education/consultation to Center staff, other agencies, and the general public on mental health and related substance abuse issues.

We are looking for an organized, self-directed Team Leader who is comfortable using newer technology, welcomes change as part of their daily work routine, and appreciates a diverse, multi-disciplinary approach.
Education/Licensing Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services field is required. Experience in community mental health and/or rehabilitation field is a must. Supervisory experience is preferred along with the ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. An approved driving record with the ability to provide transportation. Provide on-call services for an additional reimbursement.
