- Ensuring safety and productivity of employees on shift
- Coordinating work activities with management
- Participating in continuous improvement processes
- Reading and interpreting production schedules
- Maintaining facility security and safety procedures
- Training and coaching employees
- Investigating incidents
- Performing warehouse duties such as inspecting loads, checking documents, and inventory counts
- Operating machines and preparing doors for production
- Staging and packaging finished products
- Commercial machine operation experience
- Experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
- Knowledge of building materials
- Ability to perform measurements and math calculations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
