      As our Group Practice Lead Quality Engineering and Testwithin the CIO for Technology team, you will indirectly lead a cohort of large sized Quality Engineers, cultivating a growth mindset and supporting creative and innovative ways of working. You will support Engineering Managers and Chapter Leads to build, lead and inspire engaged teams of Engineers by role modelling a culture of engineering empowerment, autonomy, psychological safety and constructive challenge. You will be the connector and enabler of cultural transformation that leads technical innovations on this journey!

      • Able to demonstrable experience with influencing and driving outcomes at scale

      • Adept in establishing excellent relationships across the Engineering Community
      • Passionate about inspiring multiple crews and chapters to collaborate and co-create outcomes by consistently encouraging a culture of sharing and learning

      We are also open to people who can:

      • Support the cultural changes needed to shift our Quality Engineering practice towards automation, and increasingly shift towards full-stack engineering mindset to reimagine core ways of delivering quality-engineering outcomes!
      • Collaborate with Crew Leads to set KPI/KRAs/OKRs that enable crews to deliver on the strategy for their respective domains, incorporating a Dev-test led approach
      • Support leaders to influence change that increases the flow of valuable engineering outcomes.
      • Define roadmaps to promote and embed a positive engineering culture, ensuring alignment at practice level.

      Tech skills:

      We use a broad range of innovative tools, scalable platforms and process frameworks as a technology driven banking organization. We do not expect you to know them all but deep experience or exposure in leading largely diverse group of engineering crews in a similar environment will set you up for success in this role!

      • People management and executive stakeholder engagement skills, with previous experience in playing leadership roles within engineering.
      • Expertise in leading and driving team of engineers that work with diversified skillset within Quality engineering.
