What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategy, definition, design, and implementation of care delivery products on the Maven platform
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, setting a clear long-term vision for care delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end care experiences for members and clinicians
- Define success metrics for care delivery, ensuring measurable impact against company objectives
- Drive experimentation and innovation in care delivery, including AI-enabled capabilities and clinical decision support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in healthcare or care delivery products
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and the health consumer mindset
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring Product Managers and leading multi-team product portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in delivering and scaling products from discovery to optimization

- Familiarity with clinical workflows, eligibility, claims, and health data integrations
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, particularly in fast-paced environments
