      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners to foster collaboration and innovation
      - Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business goals
      - Define design processes for scalable, cutting-edge product lines
      - Collaborate with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products
      - Analyze and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Background in Payroll and Tax
      - People management experience with at least two direct reports
      - Minimum of 5 years in product management
      - Minimum of 5 years defining technical user stories and use cases
      - Familiarity with Agile processes and environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong background in project/program management
      - Experience building web-based user experiences and platform capabilities
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
