      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new business opportunities and implement strategies to attain sales objectives through consultative selling
      - Manage complex negotiations to position products and maximize revenue
      - Build and maintain relationships with benefits brokers and consultants within the assigned territory
      - Collaborate with internal and external partners to uncover growth opportunities and support post-sale activities
      - Track all activities in the company's CRM system and maintain current account information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling Group Insurance, with 5+ years’ sales experience preferred
      - Proven success selling Dental, Vision, and other ancillary insurance products to employers with 51 or more employees
      - Valid State Health and Life insurance licenses
      - Excellent consultative selling skills and executive presence
      - Ability to travel as needed within the territory to meet with brokers, clients, and team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building strong relationships with brokers and consultants
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-related experience
      - Business and financial acumen
      - Familiarity with emerging marketplace trends and industry expertise
