      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and reconcile group bookings with internal systems and supplier reports
      - Communicate necessary corrections to agents to ensure accurate bookings
      - Provide exceptional customer service through email and phone support
      - Assist agents with group-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues
      - Maintain accurate records and generate reports for management and agents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED equivalent with 2+ years of customer service experience in a high call volume, fast-paced environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to navigate and enter information quickly and accurately in automated systems
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in challenging environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the travel industry or with group bookings
      - Familiarity with online learning and e-learning platforms
      - Previous experience conducting training sessions
      - Ability to work flexibly within operational hours, including evenings and weekends
