What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Aggregate data from various sources to generate insights and inform business decisions
- Conduct analyses as requested by Growth leadership, enhancing analytical skills and autonomy
- Maintain and improve existing dashboards, reports, and data pipelines
- Drive forecasting efforts by validating model outputs and suggesting revisions
- Own the setup, tracking, and summarization of experimentation results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or similar environment
- Advanced degree in analytics or a data-related field
- Proficiency in technical tools and languages such as Looker, Big Query, SQL, and Python
- Strong intrinsic motivation and desire to improve processes and systems
- Deep curiosity and affinity for data, with the ability to draw impactful conclusions

- Experience working in healthcare or health technology sectors
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices
