      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own end-to-end gift management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of donations
      - Build and manage a centralized knowledge base for fundraising materials and updates
      - Support strategic pitch preparation for high-stakes donor meetings and events
      - Conduct proactive research to expand the donor pool and identify new funding opportunities
      - Cultivate donor relationships, managing stewardship and pipeline movement with mentorship

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role
      - Passion for the mission of reducing incarceration in safe and equitable ways
      - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to create and maintain systems
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
      - Resourceful and independent problem solver with a proactive attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Personal connection to the criminal justice system and/or passion for impactful work in this area
      - Experience with project trackers and CRM management
