What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive membership growth and retention for the employer's healthcare services
- Build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to align activities and strategies
- Schedule, coordinate, and participate in enrollment events
- Assist with incoming calls from members or potential members regarding health access questions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or the healthcare industry
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of healthcare markets, particularly Medicaid
- 5 years of outreach experience serving low-income populations
- Experience in healthcare marketing or grassroots/community outreach
- Fluency in a second language is highly desirable
- Previous experience presenting to influencer and low-income audiences
