What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers to support membership growth
- Conduct and participate in enrollment events to achieve established growth targets
- Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to both current and potential members
- Collaborate with various departments to improve overall choice rates and assignment percentages for Medicaid programs
- Identify and promote sponsorship opportunities and community programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job-related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or the healthcare industry
- Exceptional networking, negotiation, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Solid understanding of Healthcare Markets, particularly Medicaid
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, enrollment, or grassroots/community outreach
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare or outreach setting
- Experience presenting to low-income populations and influencers
- Fluency in a second language is highly desirable
