      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve established enrollment growth objectives for Medicaid programs through direct and indirect marketing activities
      - Manage and coordinate enrollment events, encouraging participation from key partners
      - Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations (CBOs) and providers to build Medicaid membership
      - Deliver presentations and distribute educational materials to current and potential members
      - Identify partnership opportunities and promote Molina's programs within the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or the healthcare industry
      - Exceptional networking, negotiation, and public speaking skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      - Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Solid understanding of Health Care Markets, particularly Medicaid
      - Previous experience in healthcare marketing, enrollment, or community outreach
      - 3-5 years of project management experience in a healthcare or outreach setting
      - Experience presenting to low-income audiences and influencers
      - Fluency in a second language is a plus
