      The Careers & Connect Platform (C&CP) team strives to make SEEK Asia the preferred career partner for employees across the region, giving them a reason to join us in their career journeys and address their professional development needs.

      As a cross-disciplinary team of growth architects, content specialists and business development managers, they own the end-to-end journey of users who employ SEEK’s Careers and Connect platforms to pursue career growth and expand their professional networks.

      Working collaboratively with the Marketing, Product, Technology and Country teams, the C&CP team aim to create engaging and effective platforms that keep users coming back, increasing SEEK’s market share and enhancing brand perception for our Careers partners.

      Job Description

      Scope of Role

      Reporting to Growth Manager, Careers & Connect Platform, The Growth & Strategy Intern will participate in activities related to various strategy studies, planning and execution of JobStreet's Community growth initiatives. This includes responsibilities to conduct online research, analyse data, draw hypothesis & insights and reporting. Additionally, this role is also expected to support the planning, managing & coordinating of various growth experiments.

      Key Responsibilities

      Work with Senior Data Analyst, Growth Managers, and Head of Growth to:

      • Collect data, run analysis, generate insights, and report on JobStreet's seekMAX performance metrics
      • Support delivery of strategic JobStreet seekMAX's growth initiatives, including content optimisation, new content strategies, regional marketing strategy etc.
      • Coordinate, plan, and support execution of growth experiments, as well as data collection and insights analyses
      • Support preparation of slides and reports for senior management presentations
      • Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages, and ensure that content is aligned accordingly
      • Support the Careers & Connect team in internal team-building initiatives, e.g. workflow re-optimisation, setting up tools and templates, etc to drive continuous improvement within the team

      Qualifications

      • Problem solver: Ability to identify the product growth friction points, articulate the problem statement and break down into potential solution hypothesis.
      • Analytical: Ability to deep dive into data, conduct detailed analysis and derive actionable insights and recommendations
      • Communications: Confident and articulate communicator, both oral and written
      • Practical and outcome focused: Strong focus on outcomes and action to drive growth, and hence continually learn and improve.
      • Digital native : possesses solid experience and familiarity with online business and digital technology.
      • Team player : works collaboratively with others in the team, respecting diversity and valuing differences in opinion
