      Job Description

      Growth Marketing Analyst

      As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you'll turn data into direction by helping drive strategic decisions and reduce the operational load on our Marketing Operations. You'll identify where to focus next to create pipeline and revenue, guide experimentation efforts, and ensure our marketing is measurable, scalable, and repeatable. This is a high-impact, collaborative role where your insights connect performance with growth.

      Primary Responsibilities of the Role
      • Analyze performance across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategy.
      • Partner with the Growth team to prioritize, structure, and evaluate experiments that drive impact.
      • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the team.
      • Use data-driven insights to recommend where to invest next in order to maximize pipeline generation and revenue growth.
      • Support pipeline forecasting, pacing, and ROI modeling to guide strategic planning.
      • Manage marketing test tracking in ClickUp, ensuring clear visibility into progress, outcomes, and next steps.
      • Deliver ad hoc and strategic analyses that inform key marketing and leadership decisions

      • Manage Complexity by making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems; oftentimes acquiring data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems

      Technical Qualifications

      Required:
      • 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth strategy, or business intelligence.
      • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, GA4, Looker, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
      • Practical experience with HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM management.
      • Experience working in data-driven marketing or Revenue Operations environments.
      • Knowledge of funnel metrics, attribution models, and growth experimentation frameworks.
      • Skilled at translating data into actionable insights and clear reports.
      • Proficient with ClickUp or similar project management tools to coordinate cross-team workflows.

      Preferred:
      • Located in PST or MST time zones
      • Experience with OptinMonster

      Office Requirements:
      • We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel sometimes required 1-2 times per year.
      • A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet.
      • US-based and legally able to work full time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.


      Additional Information

      The starting annual salary for this role is between $75,000-$90,000.
