What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to translate business questions into analytical work, delivering insights and recommendations that impact revenue
- Build the monetization model, forecasting revenue and pipeline health while optimizing pricing and discounting strategies
- Own GTM analytics end-to-end, establishing ICP and TAM, prioritizing markets, and building coverage models
- Standardize and maintain quality control of the data ecosystem, integrating various platforms to ensure cleanliness
- Effectively optimize and build out territory planning metrics, including headcount planning and revenue forecasting within 6 months
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy, GTM Ops, Revenue Strategy, Revenue Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations (ideally in a media company)
- Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling, revenue forecasting, capacity planning, funnel analysis, and data analysis
- Familiarity with HubSpot as a secondary skill
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specifically in GTM/Revenue strategy and analytics rather than purely operations
- Comfort in startup environments and operating in ambiguity
