What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to guests and travel agents via written and verbal communication for post-cruise concerns
- Participate in communication training programs and establish a network with counterparts in other departments
- Escalate challenging guests, recurring themes, and sensitive issues with media potential for immediate action
- Create iCare files and accurately document guest contact and issue types
- Enter compensation data to ensure correct refunds and credits are processed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Contact Center related skill set preferred
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
