      Are you looking to become part of the action? Ottawa Sports & Entertainment Group are looking for Part-time Guest Services Representatives to join their team. The Guest Services Representatives will work games and events at TD Place and Lansdowne to ensure each and every fan and guest has an exceptional experience!

      What you’ll do:

      • Opportunities to work as a Guest Services Representative include: Usher, Gate Usher, Merchandise, Information Booth Attendant, AODA Team, Kid’s Zone Team, Elevator Attendant, Dispatch, Team Lead, and Event Supervisors. Additional skills and training is required for some positions and are filled based on the candidate’s ability and the department’s operational requirements.
      • Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner;
      • Assist guests with entering TD Place and navigating around the Lansdowne site;
      • Guide and direct guests to designated areas;
      • Checking and scanning tickets and directing guests to their seats;
      • Informing guests about the location of the restrooms, refreshments, exits, and other key areas;
      • Answering questions and resolving any issues brought up by guests;
      • Assisting guests with disabilities or other impairments, as needed;
      • Support customers in locating merchandise;
      • Product knowledge pertaining to all event merchandise;
      • Maintain merchandise kiosk/store in presentable fashion;
      • Enforcing event rules and relevant health and safety regulations;
      • Providing guidance and assistance in emergency situations.

      • Professional and neat presentation;
      • The ability to provide excellent customer service;
      • Flexible attitude, accountable, and a team player;
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
      • Highly organized and attentive to detail;
      • The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations;
      • The ability to apply training to problem solve in the moment;
      • The ability to stand for extended periods;
      • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays;
      • POS experience is an asset;
      • Bilingualism is considered an asset.
