      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with coding leadership and other departments to ensure effective coding practices
      - Conduct coding research and create documented recommendations based on findings
      - Develop and maintain coding guidelines in accordance with ICD, CPT, and HCPCS standards
      - Monitor and communicate updates from regulatory bodies and coding-related resources
      - Serve as a resource for coding team members and maintain knowledge of coding regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Health Information Management or a related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in an acute care hospital environment with professional coding
      - Certification such as CCS, CCA, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT, CPC, SCP, or a similar credential
      - Comprehensive knowledge of medical coding guidelines and third-party reimbursement programs
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in physician revenue cycle processes and health information workflows
      - Familiarity with care delivery documentation systems and electronic coding applications
      - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
