- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT).
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED and be enrolled in a community college or university
- Eligible candidates must have two years of education remaining prior to being eligible for full-time employment (e.g. sophomore or junior in a bachelor’s degree program; sophomore at a community college with plans to transfer to a bachelor's degree program)
- Must reside within a commutable distance to a Moss Adams office and be willing to work on-site
- Majors in Accounting, Information Systems or related fields, preferred
- Interested in a career in accounting, consulting or wealth management
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion on campus or in the community
- Flexibility to work overtime or additional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Excellent customer service skills; Ability to understand own and others' emotions to achieve desired goals
- Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills; Organize information and exercise well-reasoned judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; Demonstrate confidence in decision making and poise in a professional setting
- Work effectively both as part of a team and independently

- Outstanding organization and project management skills; Take responsibility for quality and timeliness of projects

Moss Adams is currently seeking a GPS Operational Intern in our Portland Office for the Summer of 2025.
Our Guide, Pilot, Steer (GPS) Operational Internship is a six-week program starting in June, designed to be the first step in our internship offerings. The goal is to identify highly accomplished students and introduce them to our business. Following this initial internship, students may consider a client service internship in assurance, tax, or consulting.
