      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze business needs for Property & Casualty Insurance using Guidewire Claim Center
      - Develop functional specifications including User Stories, process flows, and data mappings
      - Lead requirement elicitation workshops and create UI mock-ups and workflow processes
      - Serve as a liaison between clients and software development teams in a global delivery model
      - Collaborate with project stakeholders in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Guidewire Cloud Claim Center
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Insurance Domain
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)
      - Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
      - Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience integrating legacy applications with Guidewire
      - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Rally
      - Experience working in multiple stakeholder environments
