      Guidewire Developer

      We are currently seeking a Guidewire Developer to join our team in Coppell, TX. You will help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Must live within 100 miles of Coppell for collaboration meetings twice a month.

      What You’ll Need:

      • E xperience building Guidewire Insurance Suite applications ( PolicyCenter , BillingCenter , and/or ClaimsCenter )

      • Strong understanding of GOSU (or Object-Oriented P rogramming )

      • Ability to assess, architect, and design new integrations between applications

      • Proven experience in Agile development, version control, and release tools

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in plain language

      • Experience with PolicyCenter and BillingCenter version upgrades, automated testing (GUnit, Selenium, etc.) and Guidewire Certifications (preferred)

      • Must live within 100 miles of Coppell, TX (for twice-monthly collaboration meetings)

      What You’ll Do:

      • Design, code, test, debug, and document systems and integrations

      • Collaborate with management, technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions

      • Act as an internal mentor and consultant on technical matters

      • Contribute as a key technical expert on emerging technologies and innovative solutions

      • Develop cost -effective, scalable applications that meet customer and business needs

      • Proved technical mentorship on Insurance projects
