What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, solicit, underwrite, and sell new and renewal Specialty accounts to drive profitable growth
- Utilize underwriting tools and strategies to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Manage an assigned portfolio to achieve financial and performance goals
- Develop and maintain agency relationships to enhance business opportunities
- Collaborate with other business units to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-7+ years of Specialty or standard commercial lines experience
- 3-4+ years of experience driving agency relationships resulting in profitable new and renewal business
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners
- Ability to exercise judgment and make sound business decisions within authority limits

- Experience in managing complex accounts within the insurance industry
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change and solve problems effectively
- Familiarity with market factors influencing pricing and underwriting decisions
