      PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking a Hardgoods Customization Technician that will create laser artwork/templates and set up and operate lasers for the customization of various hardgoods product lines. Coordinate with various departments and PING entities to ensure final products meet quality and production requirements. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

      YOU WILL:

      • Create laser artwork/templates, setting up and operating laser for the customization of various hardgoods product lines.
      • Regularly work with various teams to ensure continuity from artwork stage to finished product. Provide samples, gather feedback, and make modifications if necessary.
      • Work with appropriate departments to ensure proper release of orders for production and shipment.
      • Collaborate with Process Engineering to ensure customization artwork meets desired cycle time and throughput. Develop equipment instructions for Team Leads and Operators.
      • Set manufacturing parameters and create instructions to ensure quality of finished product.
      • Assist in providing technical and maintenance assistance to PING entities’ assembly operations to ensure production equipment remains operational and operations go smoothly.
      • Communicate with Tour, Club Fitting, and WRX to determine priorities, work through delivery questions, and troubleshoot orders that need additional follow up.
      • Provide quotes to PING entities for equipment and parts replacement.
      • Provide support with testing new Manufacturing Equipment to ensure proper functionality.
      • Assist in maintaining technical documentation for operation and maintenance of production equipment.

      YOU HAVE:

      • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), plus a minimum of three years’ manufacturing assembly experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with Graphic Design and/or Photography preferred.
      • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and team skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a moderate level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
      • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and working knowledge of MS SharePoint.
      • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep up with the administrative requirements of the position.
      • Demonstrated ability to independently seek out new tasks and coordinate the simultaneous execution of multiple tests with minimal supervision.
      • Ability to read and interpret part drawings and CAD models.
      • Knowledge in the game of golf, golf club production and PING product line.
