      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in hospital revenue cycle assessments and process improvement engagements
      - Prepare written reports including findings and recommendations
      - Conduct periodic status checks with clients and project teams to assess progress
      - Oversee and provide training and mentoring to team members
      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to healthcare

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a coder in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center (ASC)
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, health information management, or related field preferred
      - Certification as Registered Health Information Administrator, Registered Health Information Technician, Certified Coding Specialist, Certified Professional Coder, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and evaluate reports

      - Advanced knowledge of coding/documentation and billing regulations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication to different patient populations
