What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify, audit, and approve disbursement of funds for assigned vendors
- Compile, analyze, and interpret data regarding payment disbursement for goods and services
- Interface with UTMB Supplier Management team to assure accurate data in the supplier database
- Research payments not correctly posted to vendor or departmental accounts
- Initiate or perform voucher reversals, adjustments, credits, or cancellations for payment errors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or GED
- Three years of related experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Detail and accuracy oriented
- Customer service oriented

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in billing or Accounts Payable volume processing
- Knowledge of financial systems
- Proficiency in 10 key by touch
- Data entry through computer terminal
- Customer service experience
