      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide directly observed therapy (DOT) for clients with active TB and preventive therapy for high-risk individuals
      - Maintain accurate medical records and manage client scheduling in accordance with program guidelines
      - Process incoming referrals and perform data entry across multiple databases
      - Communicate essential TB-related information to clients and healthcare providers
      - Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance program operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; some college preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related position preferred
      - Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
      - Valid Texas driver's license and access to reliable transportation to all assigned work locations required
      - CPR certified or willingness to obtain certification required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
      - Previous database experience preferred
      - Experience working in public health or similar environments preferred
