- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of emergency first aid procedures — current First Aid/CPR card required.
- Ability to work successfully with high school students, families, school staff, and the public.
- Ability to perform extra duty responsibilities in accordance with school and district procedures and policies.
- Ability to meet criminal records requirements of the state of Oregon.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Experience/knowledge of the sport of interscholastic Basketball , coaching techniques, and student supervision.
- OSAA and district trainings required prior to starting work: Fundamentals of Coaching, Steroid Awareness, Heat Acclimatization, Concussion Training, and assigned Vector Training courses
Canby High School is hiring a Head JV Boys Basketball Coach to begin 11/17/2025.
This is an extra duty position.
