      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies across the US and Canada aligned with company objectives
      - Exceed revenue goals and assist in setting ambitious quotas for the sales team
      - Manage the sales team through key objectives and metrics to ensure accountability and development
      - Coach the sales team on prospecting skills, opportunity management, and negotiation
      - Provide accurate yearly and quarterly forecasting and reporting on sales performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An advanced degree in sciences or equivalent
      - Minimum of 5+ years in sales management and/or support management
      - Experience in Genomics and/or Single Cell omics
      - Familiarity with genomic assays and kit-based protocols
      - Deep knowledge and successful usage of CRMs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven commercial leadership experience with a problem-solving attitude
      - Strong network and relationships with potential customers in academia, biotech, and pharma
      - Ability to lead teams across various time zones and manage multiple priorities
      - Very strong analytical and interpretation skills for reporting and forecasting
      - Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills
