What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics across the US and Canada aligned with the company’s objectives
- Exceed revenue goals while assisting in setting ambitious quotas for the team
- Manage the sales team through key objectives and sales metrics to ensure accountability and development
- Partner across the company to relay customer feedback to product management and market development
- Provide accurate and reliable forecasting of business metrics and revenues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in sciences or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management and/or support management
- Experience in Genomics and/or Single Cell omics
- Familiarity with genomic assays and kit-based protocols
- Deep knowledge and successful usage of CRMs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven commercial leadership experience with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills for business reporting and forecasting
- Established network and strong relationships with potential customers in academia, biotech, and pharma
- Ability to lead teams in various time zones through multiple priorities
- Strong verbal and presentation communication skills
