What you'll do

      As the Head of Campaigns for Habitat at Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role in leading the campaign team to develop and execute distinctive, memorable campaigns that align with our commercial, marketing, and communications objectives. Alongside our senior stakeholders, you will translate marketing proposition briefs into effective campaign communications. Your responsibilities will include media planning, creative strategy, asset creation, campaign execution, and evaluation. You'll be an integral part of the Brand Communications & Creative leadership team, driving a high-performing and diverse team to deliver creative excellence and effectiveness. By building relationships with media owners, key stakeholders, and agency partners, you will ensure the successful delivery of brand sponsorships, integrated campaign executions, and brand partnerships. Additionally, you'll be accountable for multi-million-pound budgets, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, reducing complexity, and driving cost savings. Your strategic thinking, customer-centric approach, and strong leadership skills will contribute to the overall success and impact of our Tu & Habitat campaigns. Who you are

      As the Head of Campaigns for Tu & Habitat at Sainsbury's, you are an experienced marketing leader with a track record of delivering customer-centric and commercially impactful campaigns. Your strategic mindset allows you to think both from a customer and business perspective, translating insights into innovative campaign strategies that drive fame, love, and consideration for the Habitat and Tu brands. With your strong leadership skills, you inspire and engage diverse teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance. Your expertise in brand communications, media landscape, and budget management enables you to develop effective partnerships with agencies, media owners, and key stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of distinctive and memorable campaigns that align with our commercial, marketing, and communications objectives. You are a strategic thinker, problem solver, and influential decision-maker, driving marketing excellence, nurturing talent, and achieving impactful results in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
