I am Ida La Spisa , CIO of Sweden . C urrently, I am looking for a Head of Channels & Sales who will be controlling development, delivery, maintenance and operations of Channels & Sales c apabilities and a pplications delivered through in-house and external, platforms and applications for the entire Telia Group.

You will join the B2C management team as the Head of Channels & Sales. Your main role will be to lead an IT capability area team that will enhance the quality, alignment, efficiency, integration and satisfaction of both IT services and related business processes. You will also be the ISO, managing the IT services budget, ensuring the delivery process has the right capabilities, and handling vendor relationships according to the vendor and sourcing strategy.
You will be in charge of the LCM of applications, working with the architecture team, business stakeholders and system vendors to retire legacy systems and develop target systems. You will also negotiate and maintain SLAs, OLAs and contracts with the business and third-party support organizations, as well as understand the business needs and translate them into feasible developments.
Is this you?
This position requires a combination of business and IT abilities, as well as an understanding of the strategic and operational components of the IT services market. As a manager, you must have demonstrated leadership abilities as well as a thorough understanding of Telco technologies. You must have extensive experience working in foreign contexts and be competent in English, both written and spoken.
You have to be able to deal with complicated issues with initiative, ingenuity, systematization, and honesty. To be successful in this profession, you must have a solid grasp of large-scale IT projects as well as a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
